It’s funny how life’s little accidents can lead to something beautiful and unexpected. The story behind this painting is quite a journey. My husband and I went on a two-week vacation to Brazil, leaving our cat at home. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately!), our cat had an accident and peed all over our bed. This “little mishap” gave us the perfect excuse to finally buy the new bed set we’d been planning for a while.
But here’s the twist: instead of tossing the old bed frame, I decided to transform it into a canvas. After all, it would’ve cost me to throw it away, so I figured I might as well turn it into something creative and meaningful. And so, the painting process began.
What makes it even more special is that this creative journey started during my pregnancy, and I can’t help but think that my daughter Hanna was the spark that ignited my new career.
What started as a challenging situation became an unexpected opportunity—almost like the universe was gently guiding me toward this artistic path. With my pregnancy and Hanna’s arrival woven into the process, it makes the whole experience even more profound and personal.
